What forms of payment are accepted by Campfyre.TV?
We accept all major credit cards, including international credit cards. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a specific need.
When will I be billed for my usage?
Your credit card on file will be charged on the day you started your billing cycle. You can review your specific cycle, invoices, and update your credit card on file, all within your My Account > Billing section. Future charges will be applied at the beginning of each billing period.
Will I receive a billing and/or usage statement each month?
Yes. At the end of each billing period, the email address linked to your account will receive a billing and usage cycle for that billing period. In addition you can view your current and past invoice(s) from within your account.
What happens if I use more storage and bandwidth than my account allows?
Both the basic and pro plans have included bandwidth and storage, If you go over these limits, you will be charged for overages at the end of that billing period. See pricing for more details.
Will I be notified before going over my storage and bandwidth limits?
When your account reaches 80% of its storage and/or bandwidth limit, the email address linked to your account will be notified immediately. When your account reaches 100%, this email address will be notified again.
You may cancel from within your account or by emailing email@example.com.
Are there penalties for canceling?
No. Canceling will deactivate your account at the end of the current billing period. Charges will no longer be applied to your credit card, unless there is an outstanding balance.
Am I eligible for a refund at the time of cancellation?
Refunds will be issued at the complete discretion of our billing team based on your given situation.
Where can I obtain in-depth information on how to use the various features and sections of my account?
Each account will receive a link to our Knowledge Base complete with articles, screenshots, and videos explaining our platform in-depth and step-by-step instructions on how to use the system.
Who do I contact for questions and/or issues regarding my account?
You may contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket from within your account or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
During what hours is support available for assistance?
Our office hours are 9am to 6pm EDT. After hours support requests will be received by a call center, which will send your information to our Support Team. These requests will be acknowledged with 24 hours of reception.
